Lyric™ hearing aids FAQ

Thank you so much for your interest in Lyric™ hearing aids.
The website Lyrichearing.com has answers to many of your questions, but we’ve included a list of frequently asked questions specific to the experience you’ll have at Bartram Park Family ENT.

  1. Is there a trial period?
    • Yes, there is a FREE 30 day trial period. You pay no money down while you wear the hearing aids for 30 days. If you are satisfied with the hearing aids payment will be due in full at the end of your trial. We will expect you to come back to the office for one or two checkups during your trial period. For those patients travelling great distances to be here, telephone follow ups can be arranged if there are no problems.
  2. How much do the hearing aids cost?
    • Lyric™ hearing aids are purchased on an annual subscription basis. You pay one price per hearing aid per year and this price covers ALL replacements and office visits, regardless of how many hearing aids you need. The cost at this time is $1650/each annually or $3300/pair annually.
  3. Is there a payment plan?
    • Unfortunately we do not have any payment plans at this time. Payment is due in full at the end of your 30 day trial period.
  4. What can I expect at my first appointment?
    • You will see both the audiologist and ear doctor during this visit and can expect to be here from 1 to 1 ½ hours. You will have a hearing test to determine if you hearing loss is appropriate for the Lyric™ hearing aids. We will ask you some general medical questions including current prescription medications. If you are a candidate you will walk out of the office hearing better with 2 new Lyric™ aids at the end of your appointment!
  5. Do you dispense any other hearing aids?
    • Yes! If Lyric™ hearing aids aren’t for you then we will be able to offer you more traditional hearing aid options as well.
